..Or the Bang happened and now we're off!  After a year in the US, we're finally returning to Uganda!  It is a welcome return!  A return to our calling, our passion, and our routine.  The routine is one of the key things that we miss!  We have enjoyed seeing family, friends and supporters, and now we very much wish to return to the life we know and love.  It will be especially hard to say goodbye to "Opa" Schimke, but we'll stay in contact closely!
     Ah yes,....that "bang" thing....  We were aware of such a possibility, but it still is sad to see so much suffering and destruction.  Quite frankly it doesn't strike terror in us, but simply an awareness of how important and critical our task is.   Time seems ever so more precious in a situation like this.  Our hope is to use whatever opportunities lie before us in the most effective way that we can, with the Lord's guidance and strength.  It's obvious that He has once again brought us to this place, where we can return with sufficient support and encouragement. 
     We want to thank each one who helped, encouraged, and supported us in every stage of our process this last year!  Without those encouraging details a return would be impossible.  We have learned some critical things, and so very much wish to put them into practice!
